Saigon Pho is a family kitchen. We cook the best traditional Vietnamese food we know, using two generations of experience and recipes passed down through the family.
The broth is simmered in house. The grilled pork, the fresh rolls, the fried chicken over rice, they are made the way the family has always made them. Nothing fancy, just the real thing, cooked with care and served the way we would serve it at home.
Guests tell us it tastes like home, and that the people who run it are the reason they keep coming back.
A neighbourhood kitchen
We are a small spot on Kent Street in downtown Charlottetown, a short walk from the waterfront. Come in for a quick lunch, a warm bowl on a cold day, or a family dinner. There is takeout when you are on the move, and online ordering when you want it ready to grab.
